JAKARTA - PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (WIIM), recorded a significant decline in its net profit (46.56%) in 2019, from Rp 51.14 billion recorded in 2018 to Rp 27.27 billion.
The company's revenue in 2019 actually only declined slightly (0.85%) from Rp 1.405 trillion recorded in 2018 to Rp 1.393 trillion. Even so, the company's expenses increased quite significantly, including operating expenses (increased by 3.48% to Rp 402.89 billion) and interest expenses (increased by 396. 64% to Rp 5.91 billion).
In addition, the company also lost Rp 3.4 billion from short-term investments. (ARM/AC/AR)
