JAKARTA - PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) recorded Rp 2.01 trillion of revenue in the first quarter (Q1) of 2020, 7% higher than its revenue in Q1 2019 of Rp 1.88 trillion. Its net profit also grew from Rp 514.6 billion in Q1 2019 to Rp 577.2 billion in Q1 2020.
As quoted from MNCN's press release published on Wednesday (13/5), the biggest contributor to the company's revenue was advertising segment (Rp 1.81 trillion), 3% higher than its revenue in Q1 2019 of Rp 1.76 trillion.
The advertising revenue came from digital advertising (Rp 199.3 billion) and non-digital advertising (Rp 1.63 trillion). (LK/AR)
