JAKARTA. PT Intisumber Hasil Sempurna, the distributor of OneMed medical devices, has issued Medium Term Notes (MTN) with a principal value of Rp 160 billion.
According to its official information, the MTN was issued with a fixed interest of 10.5% per year and a 5-year tenor. Interest on these bonds will be paid every 6 months.
PT Mandiri Sekuritas, a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), was appointed as the arranger in the issuance of this MTN. The MTN will be distributed electronically starting on 19 May 2020.
According to information compiled by idnfinancials.com, PT Intisumber Hasil Sempurna distributes medical devices produced by PT Jayamas Medica Industri. In 2019, the company had suffered a loss of Rp 1.6 billion due to embezzlement committed by one of its staff. (KR/AR)
