JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) approved the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019. For information, last year AUTO recorded a net profit of Rp 739.67 billion.
40% of the net profit or Rp 294 billion will be distributed as cash dividends equivalent to Rp 61 per share. The company has also distributed interim dividends on October 23, 2019 amounting to Rp 91.57 billion or Rp 19 per share.
Thus, the remaining cash dividend of Rp 202.42 billion or Rp 42 per share will be paid on July 9, 2020 to shareholders.
The remaining net profit in 2019 will be recorded as retained earnings for the company's working capital and investment. (LM)
