JAKARTA - PT Sejahteraraya Anugerahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the operator of Mayapada Hospital, received a loan facility worth Rp 500 billion from PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI). The funds will be distributed to both SRAJ and its subsidiary, PT Nirmala Kencana Mas (NKM).
As quoted from the company disclosure published on Thursday (11/6), Arif Mualim, Director of PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ) stated that SRAJ will get Rp 200 billion and NKM will get Rp 300 billion.
The term of the credit facility is 120 months since the loan agreement was signed by the two parties on 9 June 2020. While the interest rate is set at 11% per year. However, the interest rate can be reviewed in the future.
In this transaction, SRAJ provides collateral in the form of land and building of Mayapada Hospital, fiduciary guarantees, shares, and a guarantee from Tahir, owner of Mayapada group. (LK/AR)
