JAKARTA. PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) has obtained an overburden removal contract from PT Berkat Murah Rejeki (BMR) valued at Rp 348.68 billion.
Rindra Donovan, ABMM's Corporate Secretary, said that the contract was signed on Monday (15/6) yesterday. The project site is located in Tapin District, South Kalimantan. "This contract is valid for the life of a mine," Donovan said through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The overburden removal volume that will be done by ABMM is around 12.6 million bank cubic meters (BCM). ABMM also leased heavy equipment to finish the contract.
in 2019, ABMM obtained US$ 425.86 million (Rp 6.03 trillion) from its mining and coal mining business. (KR/AR)
