JAKARTA. PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) will distribute cash dividends worth Rp 234.54 billion (Rp 20 per share), taken from its 2019 net profit.
The decision was made during the company's General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday (18/6) yesterday. The total value of dividends distributed was equivalent to 13.29% of the company's net profit during 2019, which reached Rp1.77 trillion.
In addition to distributing dividends, JPFA will keep Rp 20 billion of its net profit as a reserve fund. The rest will be recorded as retained earnings.
For information, JPFA's net profit in 2019 was supported by its net sales which reached Rp 36.72 trillion, which came from various segments. Starting from animal feed, chicken breeding, commercial animal husbandry, and aquaculture. (KR/AR)
