JAKARTA - During last week on 15-19 June 2020, the movement of Indonesian Capital Market was varied. The increase occurred in the stock market capitalization, which amounted to 1.30 percent or as much as Rp 5,717.45 trillion compared to the previous week of Rp 5,644.05 trillion.
The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) also rose by 1.27% to 4,942,275 from 4,880,359 in the previous week.
While the average daily transaction frequency changed by 20.84 percent or 642,991 thousand transactions compared to the previous week at 812,250 thousand transactions. The average daily transaction volume of the exchange fell to 8.337 billion units of shares compared to last week of 11.487 billion shares. The average daily market transaction value on the exchange also experienced a change of 29.06 percent to Rp 7.924 trillion from Rp 11.17 trillion at the closing last week.
Foreign investors recorded a net selling value of Rp 653.45 billion on Friday, while in 2020 foreign net sales were recorded at Rp12.33 trillion. (LM)
