JAKARTA - PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) obtained concession rights for the Ancol Timur-Pluit (elevated) toll road, North Jakarta. The detail was outlined in the agreement between the company and the government, yesterday.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information published on Thursday (25/6), Djoko Sapto Mulyono, Director of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) said that the company would have the concession rights for 35 years as a return on investment.
According to him, with the new concession rights, the company will strengthen its financial structure. He said the company was planning to carry out a rights issue by releasing 1,810,415,972 shares with a nominal value of Rp 500 per share. (LK/AR)
