BKPM has reopened its face-to-face consultation facility

30 June 2020 07:23

JAKARTA. The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) has re-opened its face-to-face consultation service for investors and entrepreneurs in a limited capacity while also implementing a number of health protocols.

Tina Talisa, Spokesperson for BKPM, said that consulting services are limited to 100 customers per day. The consultation room was also moved to a wider room to support social distancing. "There are adjustments in the new normal era," Talisa said through an official statement.

So far, the number of investors coming for face to face consultation is still below the quota. During the period of 23-26 June, the registration quota was always full. However, around 20-30% of investors who register did not come to the BKPM office.

Therefore, Talisa appealed to investors who had registered for face-to-face consultations to come to the BKPM office. (KR/AR)
