Indonesia Eximbank will issue bonds and sukuk with a total value of Rp 148 billion

JAKARTA. Indonesia Eximbank or the Indonesian Export Financing Agency (LPEI) offers bonds and sukuk with a total value of Rp148 billion to support its export financing business.

Syafruddin, Director of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), said Eximbank had registered the bonds and sukuk with KSEI. The value of bonds offered by Eximbank is Rp.48 billion with a fixed interest rate of 7.60% per year, and a tenor of 3 years. Meanwhile, the sukuk has a total value of Rp 100 billion with a floating profit share rate, and a tenor of 370 calendar days.

For information, the bonds offered are part of Indonesia Eximbank's Shelf Registration Bonds V, with a target of raising Rp 22 trillion. While the sukuk offered are part of the Eximbank's Sukuk Mudharabah II program, with a target of raising Rp 2 trillion.

The company appointed 3 securities companies as underwriters, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas. (KR/AR)
