JAKARTA. PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk (IGAR), a plastic products manufacturer, will distribute cash dividends of Rp 4.86 billion (Rp 5 per share), taken from its net profit in 2019.
IGAR's management explained that the decision had been approved during the company's General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held yesterday (29/6). Cum date on the regular and negotiated market is set on 7 July 2020, while for the cash market, the date is 9 July 2020. Dividend payments will be made on 30 July 2020.
For information, IGAR's net profit in 2019 reached Rp43.61 billion, 29% higher than its net profit in 2018 of Rp 33.81 billion.
Aside from dividends, IGAR will keep Rp 436 million of its net profit as reserve funds. Then the rest will be kept as retained earnings. (KR/AR)
