JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU) will distribute cash dividends worth Rp 137.60 billion, taken from its net profit in 2019, which reached Rp 505.75 billion. The decision to distribute cash dividends was made at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which took place on Tuesday (30/6).
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Thursday (2/7), Ismawati, Compliance Group Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk. (TUGU), the value of dividends is equivalent to Rp 77,405 per share. Cum date on the regular and negotiated market is set on 8 July 2020, and 10 July 2020 for cash market.
The dividend payment will be made on 30 July 2020. (LK/AR)
