JAKARTA - PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) has received at least Rp 1.002 trillion in capital injection from its most recent shareholder prior to its planned Rp 4.5 trillion rights issue this year.
According to Bank Mayapada Corporate Secretary Jennifer Ann, the company's controlling shareholder has placed no less than Rp 1 trillion ini paid-up capital. "As much as Rp 252.087 billion has been paid up per our April 28 stock exchange filing, and another Rp 750 billion as of July 1," she said in a stock exchange filing on Friday (3/7).
Currently Bank Mayapada has Rp 2.30 trillion in authorised capital and Rp 838.54 billion in placed and paid-up capital. As of March 31, 2020, the company's shareholders consist of PT Mayapada Karunia (26.42%), PT Mayapada Kasih (3.3%), Galasco Investments Ltd (12.67%), Unity Rise Ltd (7.31%), JPMCB Cathay Life Insurance Co Ltd (37.33%), and public investors (12.97%).
