JAKARTA - PT Victoria Insurance Tbk (VINS) will distribute cash dividends worth Rp 13.83 billion, taken from its net profit in 2019 of Rp 21.80 billion. This plan has been approved by 77.84% of its shareholders who attended the company's General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which took place at the end of last week (3/7).
In the disclosure of information published on Tuesday (7/7), it was stated that the value of dividends to be distributed was 63.46% of the company's net profit in 2019. In addition, the company will also keep Rp 2 billion as retained earnings.
Dividends will be paid on 6 August 2020. Cum date on the regular and negotiated is scheduled for 13 July, and 15 July for the cash market. (LK/AR)
