JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), has injected additional capital of Rp 743.37 billion into its subsidiary, PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN).
Irfan Gazali, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, said that at the same time, KIN was also increasing the issued and paid up authorized capital. Protelindo takes all of the new shares issued by KIN.
"It means that Protelindo has invested Rp.890.71 billion in KIN, or equivalent to 99.99% of KIN shares," Gazali said through information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
For information, KIN is a telecommunications tower operator company. The company, with a portfolio of more than 1,400 towers, was fully acquired by Protelindo in March 2018 for Rp 1.4 trillion. (KR/AR)
