JAKARTA - PT Batulicin Nusantara Maritim Tbk (BESS) has used Rp 52.56 billion of its Rp 70.49 billion IPO proceeds. The remaining Rp 17.92 billion has been placed at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI).
In a stock exchange filing published on Friday (24/7), BESS Director Yuliana said Rp 33.01 billion was used as working capital and Rp 19.55 billion was used to repay debts, while an allocated fund for the down payment of a vessel purchase has yet to be realised.
According to the company's prospectus, it planned to use Rp 33.18 billion of its IPO proceeds as working capital, Rp 29.03 billion for debt repayment, and Rp 11.28 billion for the down payment of a vessel purchase.
BESS launched its IPO on February 28, 2020, listing 3.4 million shares consisting of 2.7 billion founder shares and 700 billion publicly offered shares at Rp 105 per share. (LK/MS)
