RNI and KAI provide rapid test facilities at 12 stations

JAKARTA - PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) (RNI) through its subsidiary, PT Rajawali Nusindo, signed a cooperation with PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (KAI) for the provision of Rapid Test facilities at 12 Stations.

Rajawali Nusindo Finance Director Gigis Saptono said the collaboration was aimed at supporting national economic recovery amid the New Normal implementation. On a more specific scale, the provision of this Rapid Test facility aims to provide low-cost, easy-to-use quick test services for long-distance train passengers.

Gigis added, through this collaboration Rajawali Nusindo will place Rapid Test facilities in 12 stations owned by KAI, namely Gambir, Pasar Senen, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang Tawang, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Solo Balapan, Madiun, Surabaya Gubeng, Surabaya Pasarturi and Malang.

Provision of facilities will be carried out in stages, starting from Senen and Gambir Stations on 27 July. Then proceed to Gubeng and Pasar Turi Surabaya Station on July 29. Targeted on July 30, this Rapid Test facility is available at 12 stations.

The daily operational hours of the Rapid Test facility start at 07:00 to 19:00. Test results can be known within 10-15 minutes after a blood sample is taken, after that the passenger will get a certificate of test results. The fee set for one test is Rp 85 thousand. (LM)
