JAKARTA - PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) will hold a rights issue by releasing 1,853,569,525 shares or 9.99% of the company's issued and paid-up capital. The corporate action plan will be decided at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 30 July 2020.
In the information disclosure published on Tuesday (28/7), CITRA's management said that the funds from the rights issue would be used for business development. In addition, the new shares will increase the trading liquidity of CTRA shares.
As of May 2020, CTRA's capital was recorded at Rp 9 trillion, while its issued and paid up capital was recorded at Rp 4.64 trillion. (LK/AR)
