JAKARTA - Indovalue Capital Asset Management (ICAM), the controlling shareholder of PT Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (FUJI), reduced its stake in FUJI from 63.77% to 61.08% by selling some of its shares last week.
In the company's disclosure published on Thursday (30/7), Ong Kee Hua, Director of Indovalua Capital Asset Management, said that the sale of shares is done for investment purposes. The number of shares sold was 35 million shares at a price of Rp 103 per share. The company raised Rp 3.06 billion from the sale.
On 10 July 2020, Indovalue also sold 25 million of FUJI shares at a price of Rp 104 per share, and raised Rp 2.60 billion. (LK/AR)
