Aneka Gas Industri issues bonds and sukuk with a total value of Rp 16 billion

JAKARTA. PT Aneka Gas Indonesia Tbk (AGII) has issued bonds with a principal value of  Rp 11 billion and sukuk with a principal value of Rp 5 billion. The funds will be used to cover its operating expenses until the end of the year. 

"It will be used as working capital, mainly to cover the company's operating expenses," said AGII's management in its prospectus.

AGII's management stated that the bonds issued are offered in 3 series; A, B and C. Series A is offered with a principal value of Rp 8 billion, a fixed interest rate of 9.8% per year and a 3-year tenor. Series B is offered with a principal value of Rp 2 billion, a fixed interest rate of 10.55% per year and a 5-year tenor. Finally, Series C is offered with a principal value of Rp 1 billion, a fixed interest rate of 11.25% per year and a 7-year tenor.

Meanwhile, the sukuk has a principal value of Rp 5 billion. It is offered with installments in return Ijarah of Rp. 527.5 million per year and a 5-year tenor.

The bonds and sukuk are offered from 7-11 August 2020, and tehy will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 18 August 2020.

AGII's management appointed PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia as the underwriters. (KR/AR)
