JAKARTA. Today (12/8), PT Elnusa Tbk listed its Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah I phase I, which has a total value of Rp 700 billion, on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The sukuk has a tenor of 5 years and an yearly ijarah installment of 9%, which will be paid every three months from the date of issuance. First payment will be made on 11 November 2020.
President Director of Elnusa Ali Mundakir stated in a press release earlier this week said that the proceeds from the sukuk offering would be used for business expansion and as additional working capital. (AM/AR)
