JAKARTA - PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), which operates GTV television network, will launch a private placement by issuing 700 million shares with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share. The plan was approved at an AGM on Wednesday (12/8).
In a stock exchange filing on Thursday (13/8), BMTR Corporate Secretary Abuzzal Abusaeri said the company will issue 700 million shares with an implementation price of Rp 200 per share. The company seeks to collect proceeds of Rp 140 billion from the corporate action.
The private placement is scheduled on August 24, 2020 with the result announcement made on August 26. Following the corporate action, the company's shares will increase to 16,034,511,286 from previously 15,334,511,286. (LK/MS)
