JAKARTA. PT Transkon Jaya plans to release its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to raise Rp 93.75 billion.
The offering period for Transkon Jaya's shares is on 14, 18 and 19 August 2020. Meanwhile, the shares will be listed on 27 August 2020.
The number of shares offered by the car rental service provider is 375 million shares. The nominal value is set at Rp 100 per share, according to the information available at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository.
Transkon Jaya appointed PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as underwriter.
According to its official website, Transkon Jaya started operations in 2003 and has a headquartered in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The company operates a number of businesses ranging from renting 4x4 vehicles in remote areas, trucks, buses, and fire trucks. (KR/AR)
