JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) was held today, 19 August 2020, at the Bluebird Group Head Office, Mampang, South Jakarta. One of AGMS' results was to accept the resignation of Sandy Permadi, Finance Director, and to appoint Eko Yuliantoro as the new Finance Director.
Eko Yuliantoro is a professional with extensive experience who has held senior positions in various companies, including as Finance Director of PT Bahana Pembimbing Usaha Indonesia (Persero) from 2013-2015 before serving as Operations Director at the same company from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining Bluebird, Eko served as Finance Director of the Perusahaan Umum Pembangunan Perumahan Nasional (Perumnas) from 2017 to 2020.
Noni Purnomo, President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk said, “The company welcomes Eko Yuliantoro as part of the Bluebird family. We believe that his extensive experience in the financial sector can make a big contribution to the Company, as well as provide the best service to loyal Bluebird customers."
