JAKARTA - Property company PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI) will pay a cash dividend of Rp 150 billion from its 2019 net profit on September 23, 2020. In 2019, the company pocketed Rp 614.78 billion in net profit and Rp 1.87 trillion in revenue.
In a stock exchange filing published on Tuesday (25/8), MKPI Corporate Secretary Tan Dwi Ratih said the company will pay a dividend of Rp 158.2 per share to shareholders who are registered as of September 2. The cum dividend and ex dividend at the regular and negotiation markets will be paid on August 31 and September 1, while they will be exercised on September 2 and 3.
The company's AGM also determined retained earnings with unlimited use amounting to Rp 5.33 trillion and Rp 5.50 trillion in equity. (LK/MS)
