JAKARTA - PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (“MTDL”), takes advantage of technology by launching TISA or a digital platform designed for people with disabilities with ThisAble Enterprise and Kata.ai.
This digital platform is a chatbot designed to simulate intellectual conversations through artificial intelligence capabilities. As an ICT company, MTDL contributes in implementing and integrating chatbots via WhatsApp application to ThisAble Enterprise.
Susanto Djaja as President Director of MTDL explained, “As a form of concern for the equality of life of people with disabilities, Metrodata has contributed in implementing a chatbot called TISA in collaboration with ThisAble Enterprise and Kata.ai.”
TISA itself will be divided into three functions, namely TISA as Customer Service, Learning Center, and Collection Reminder. The chatbot program in the Customer Service module is in the form of registration for ThisAble members and complaints about disability services (such as legal, transportation, social, educational, sexual, security issues, and so on).
Further module development will continue to be carried out to enable assisting friends with disabilities in improving their competencies/skills and in obtaining employment. And as a continuation, TISA application will also be developed to provide notification of incoming bills both to the persons with disabilities and to the employer partners. (LM)
