Bank Bisnis Internasional targets to raise Rp 189.49 billion through IPO

JAKARTA. PT Bank Bisnis Internasional will list its initial shares (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 7 September 2020, with a target of raising Rp 189.49 billion.

According to the information submitted to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KESI), Bank Bisnis Internasional sets the offering price for its shares at Rp 480 per share. The total number of shares offered are 394.76 million units with a nominal value of Rp 100 per share.

Bank Bisnis Internasional appointed PT Binaartha Sekuritas and PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as underwriters.

According to information obtained by idnfinancials.com, Bank Bisnis Internasional is owned by Sundjono Suriadi with a 54.96% stake, followed by PT Sun Land Investama (35.6%), and PT Sun Antarnusa Investment (10.44%).

In its financial report, Bank Bisnis Internasional recorded a net profit of Rp 12.97 billion in the first semester of 2020, with a total capital of Rp 514.64 billion.(KR/AR)
