JAKARTA - Wong Kevin, Managing Director of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) purchased 150 million of BULL shares at a price of Rp 300 per share. In total, he spent Rp 45 million in the transaction that took place last week (2/9).
In a statement published on Monday (7/9), Kevin stated that the purpose of the transaction was for long-term investment.
After the transaction, Kevin's stake in BULL increased to 292,137,950 shares (2.74%) from 142,137,950 shares (1.20%).
He has served as Managing Director of BULL since his appointment in 23 June 2013, He also served as Corporate Secretary of PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (BLTA) from 1996 to 2014. (LK/AR)
