08 September 2020 20:48

JAKARTA - Investree is in synergy with Bank Mandiri to optimize the distribution of National Economic Recovery (PEN) funds to help improve the community's economy and mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This cooperation is very important to ensure targeted and effective distribution so as to support joint efforts to restore the Indonesian economy.

Investree's Co-Founder & CEO, Adrian Gunadi, said that as a fintech lending pioneer in the country, Investree has a strong commitment to helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, especially in access to capital.

In this synergy, the PEN funds from Bank Mandiri will be distributed to SMEs through the Investree platform in the period July to September 2020. This synergy is carried out through a channeling mechanism, in which Bank Mandiri as a Lender / Institutional Lender can still determine the recipients of PEN funds through the Investree platform.

"Through the support of reliable infrastructure and tools, especially in providing data on SMEs that need and have potential, we are optimistic that this synergy with Bank Mandiri can run optimally and the distribution of PEN funds is truly on target. In addition, we also provide a fast process and mechanism so that SMEs can immediately benefit from PEN funds," said Adrian.

As of August 28, 2020, Bank Mandiri was recorded as having distributed PEN program funds amounting to Rp 30.75 trillion to 74,653 customers. Currently, PEN funds have also begun to be disbursed to Borrowers who are referred to potential debtors from Investree. (LM)
