JAKARTA - PT Planet Properindo Jaya Tbk (PLAN) managed to raise Rp 29.99 billion during its IPO that took place last week (8/9). In this corporate action, the company offered 267,856,800 shares at an exercise price of Rp 112 per share.
According to the company's prospectus, 80% of the funds will be used for infrastructure development and hotel interiors in Kelapa Gading, and the remaining 20% will be used to develop hotel management and consulting businesses. under the Spotel brand.
PLAN also issued 212,053,3000 Series I Warrants, which were given for free as incentives to new shareholders. Each holder of 24 shares is entitled to 19 Series I Warrants.
The listing of PLAN shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is scheduled for initial trading today (15/9). PT Indocapital Sekuritas acts as the underwriter.
