Goodyear Indonesia amends Rp 280 billion loan from BNP Paribas

JAKARTA. PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk (GDYR) has signed an amendement for a Rp 280 billion revolving loan facility from PT Bank BNP Paribas Indonesia.

According to Goodyear Indonesia Corporate Secretary Vikash Mahendra Pillay, in the amendement the company and BNP Paribas agreed to to increase the loan amount to Rp 280 billion and set a tenor until 31 August 2021.

"The revolving loan facility amendment aims to finance the company's working capital," Mr Pillay said in a stock exchange filing.

In the first semester of 2021, Goodyear Indonesia posted a US$4.75 million loss. As of June 2020, the company had US$69.96 million in liabilities. According to data compiled by IDNFinancials.com, the company's debt-to-equity ratio in the first semester was recorded at 1.47 times with US$9.16 million in cash. (KR/MS)
