JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) has prepared Rp1.37 trillion to pay off its Shelf Registration Bond III Phase I/2017 Series A.
Shastia Hadiarti, Corporate Secretary of WSKT, said that the funds will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). "No later than 5 October 2020 at 14.00 WIB," said Hadiarti through the disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
For information, the bonds were issued by WKST on 9 October 2017. The debt securiies with a coupon rate of 8% per year will mature on 8 October 2020.
In addition to the aforementioned bond, WSKT will also have to pay off one more bond which will mature on 16 October 2020. The bond has a total value of Rp1.15 trillion, with a coupon rate of 11.1% per year. (KR/AR)
