JAKARTA - The management of PT Hotel Mandarin Regency Tbk (HOME) has used Rp1.89 trillion from the net proceeds of its second rights issue (Rp1.99 trillion). This was announced by Bayu Widia Prakoso, President Director of HOME in a disclosure on Thursday (24/9).
According to him, the proceeds from the corporate action were allocated for working capital (Rp90.70 billion), for building renovation (Rp96 billion), and investment (Rp1.80 trillion).
He conveyed that the unused funds of Rp102.62 billion are deposited in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) and PT Tisarana Inti Semesta (TIS). (LK/AR)
