JCI slides 9.06 points at closing bell

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) fell by 9.06 points or 0.19% to 4,870.03 at closing bell (30/9). The index was observed to move in the range of 4,841.52 and 4,902.76 after it closed at 4,879.09 yesterday.

A total of five sectors weakened and dragged JCI to the red zone. The remaining five sectors strengthened, namely the basic industrial sector, trade, consumer goods, manufacturing and agriculture.

LQ45 top gainers in today's trade are PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS), PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) and PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO). (LM)
