Bluebird offers non-cash payment method

JAKARTA - PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD), as the leading taxi transportation service provider in Indonesia, always provides facilities and services according to consumer needs. During the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) period, Bluebird Group has presented a series of policies that support the implementation of the PSBB. One of them is by maximizing the use of non-cash payment methods to minimize contact between drivers and passengers.

Currently, Bluebird Group is recorded to have collaborated with e-wallet services and banks in offering convenience for non-cash payment methods that suit consumer needs, including from GoPay, DANA, LinkAja, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank OCBC, Bank Standard Chartered, Bank Permata to Bank Mandiri.

Aninda Perdana as General Manager, Corporate Communications of PT Blue Bird Tbk said, “Bluebird always prioritizes passenger safety as one of the most important factors in every Bluebird Group service, especially with the current situation and conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we believe Bluebird can provide extra comfort for our passengers through its many accessibility and options for non-cash payment methods."

Aninda added that various non-cash payment methods were available through the My Bluebird application. Activating the non-cash method only requires easy steps, where loyal users of the My Bluebird application can go to the Payment menu option, then choose the Add Payment Method that matches the customer's alternative choice.
