JAKARTA - Trade company PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk (KONI) managed to raise Rp 11.10 billion from a third private placement that took place on 1 October 2020. Previously, the company raised Rp 11 billion from its second private placement on 10 September.
According to a stock exchange filing published on Monday (5/10), the company issued 22,219,000 new shares in the corporate action with an exercise price of Rp 500 per share. The amount of KONI shares in circulation has since risen to 218,219,000 shares from previously 196 million.
The private placement, KONI said, was part of its effort to issue as many as 240 million shares as approved by an EGM on 23 January this year. On 10 September, the company issued 22 million shares with an exercise price of Rp 500 per share. (LK/MS)
