JAKARTA - Pomelotel Hotel in Jakarta is the first hotel to be used as a quarantine site for patients who have tested positive for COVID-19. This was conveyed by Christofer Wibisono, Director of PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk (HRME), the parent company of Wijaya Wisesa Bakti (WWB), the manager of Pomelotel Hotel.
He said that the Tourism and Creative Economy Office has allowed Pomelotel to be used as a quarantine site for COVID-19 patients. "Wijaya Wisesa Bakti has collaborated with Medistra Hospital to assist the government in handling the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.
With this collaboration, he said, Medistra Hospital can place COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms at Pomelotel. Meanwhile, patients with moderate and severe symptoms will be treated at Medistra Hospital. (LK/AR)
