JAKARTA. PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) will distribute an interim dividend of Rp 6.58 billion (Rp 5 per share) on 20 October, after recording a net profit of Rp 21 billion in the first semester of 2020.
According to the information given to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), ASGR has scheduled the cum date in the regular and negotiations markets on 14 October 2020, and 16 October 2020 for the cash market.
For information, ASGR managed to record a revenue of Rp 1.45 trillion in the first semester of 2020. Compared to the same period last year, the net profit of the subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), declined by 63% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis. However, in terms of revenue, it only decreased 7% YoY.
At the end of first semester of 2020, ASII controls 76.87% of ASGR shares. Meanwhile, the rest is owned by public investors. (KR/AR)
