JAKARTA. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) has issued commercial paper with a principal of Rp566 billion and a discount rate of 6.8%.
According to information available at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the commercial paper is registered with a tenor of 12 months and will mature on 13 October 2021. JSMR has appointed PT BNI Sekuritas as the arranger in the issuance of the paper.
According to information compiled by idnfinancials.com, JSMR has announced plans to issue commercial papers in September 2020. At that time, the company estimates that the commercial paper will help the company to raise around Rp500 billion to Rp1 trillion.
Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) has given an "A1 +" rating for the commercial paper.
For information, JSMR has also issued bonds with a principal of Rp2 trillion last month. Meanwhile, until the end of the year, JSMR will continue to consider options for issuing other debt securities in the capital market. (KR/AR)
