DMMX 9M20 revenue soars 270.4% yoy

JAKARTA - PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (“DMMX”) continued delivering on its growth story with 9M20 revenue and net profit growing 270.4% YoY and 235.7% YoY, to Rp 347.6 billion and Rp 24.8 billion, respectively. The strong financial performance is largely driven by sturdy expansion of cloud advertising and trade marketing segment.

DMMX’s digital cloud advertising (Managed Services and Infrastructure-as-a-Services) segment delivered top-line growth of 57.8% YoY   to Rp 71.5 billion in 9M20, largely attributable to continued screen deployment activities. As of end-September, DMMX has deployed 12,823 screens (+103.8% YoY), covering 9,373 spots (+90.6% YoY). Trade marketing segment revenues grew at 467.8% YoY growth to reach Rp 275.5 billion in 9M20, supported by an 57.1% YoY increase in number of Pojok Bayar outlet members to 74,078 as of end-Sept.

9M20 attributable net profit grew 235.7% YoY to Rp 24.8 billion, largely due to organic expansion and evolution of DMMX’s operation. DMMX maintains a nimble financial position with a net cash position of Rp 174.1 billion as of 9M20, leaving plenty of expansion headroom to finance continued ad spot network expansion efforts. (LM)
