Bank NTT issues NCD with a total value of Rp760 million

JAKARTA. PT Bank Nusa Tenggara Timur, also known as Bank NTT, has registered Negotiable Certificate of Deposits (NCD) with a total value of Rp 760 billion with the highest discount rate of 7.20%.

According to the information submitted to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the NCDs are registered in three series. Series A has a principal of Rp 690 billion, a discount rate of 7%, and a tenor of 12 months, Series B has a principal of Rp 60 billion, a discount rate of 7.1% and a tenor of 24 months. Finally, Series C has a principal of Rp 10 billion, a discount rate of 7.2%, and a tenor of 36 months.

The trading and book-entry unit for the three NCD series is set at Rp 1. The distribution is started today (21/10).

For information, the NTT Provincial Government is the majority owner of Series A shares in Bank NTT (29.29% as of December 2019). Meanwhile, the rest of the Series A shares are owned by 22 district governments in NTT, with each controlling under 7%.

In 2017, Bank NTT had also issued NCD worth IDR 300 billion. The NCDs offered with a discount rate of 8.65% and they will mature on 11 November 2020. (KR/AR)
