JAKARTA - Philippe Mathieu Lefevre resigned from his position as director of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GGRP) on the grounds of the escalation of the COVID-19 pandemic and concerns about healthcare in Indonesia.
Abednedju GW Sangkaeng, GGRP's president director stated in a disclosure yesterday (21/10) that Lefevre decided to return to France. "The company plans to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders with an agenda of appointing a new director to replace Lefevre," he said.
Lefevre was appointed as GGRP's director on 2 September 2020. Prior to that position, Lefevre served as GGRP's general manager of supply chain management since 2019. (LK/AR)
