JAKARTA - Erick Thohir, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) has streamlined the board of directors of Perum Bulog, and replaced several members. The change was stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No.SK-341/2020 which was read by Imam Paryanto, Assistant Deputy for the Food and Fertilizer Industry of the Ministry of SOEs, yesterday (21/10).
Awaludin said there was a change in the number of directors. "From eight to six people. So the change in the nomenclature of the board of directors also reduce the number of directors," he said.
The nomenclature of the positions changed, among others, Director of Operations and Public Services was changed to Director of Supply Chain and Public Services, Director of Business and Industry Development was changed to Director of Business, and Director of Human Resources and General Affairs was changed to Director of Human Capital.
A number of new names appointed including Mokhamad Suyamto (Director of Supply Chain and Public Services), Febby Novita (Director of Business), and Purnomo Sinar Hadi (Director of Human Capital).
The other positions are filled by existing directors, including Budi Waseso (President Director), Gatot Trihargo (Deputy President Director), and Bagya Mulyanto (Director of Finance, previously Director of Human Resources and General Affairs). (LK/AR)
