JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) fell 6.18 points or 0.12% to 5,137.86 at midday break today (27/10). The index was observed to move in the range of 5,129.73 and 5,155.56 after closing at 5,144.04 yesterday.
A total of five sectors weakened and dragged JCI to the red zone. The biggest decline occurred in the property sector which slumped by 1.64%. The remaining five sectors that survive in session I are various industries, consumer goods, agriculture, manufacturing and finance.
LQ45 top losers in session I were PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG), PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) and PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR). (LM)
