KONI will hold the fifth stage of its private placement

JAKARTA - PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk (KONI) will conduct the fifth stage of its private placement in order to raise IDR 4.19 billion next week (19/11). 

Sugianto Kolim, President Director of KONI, said that in the corporate action, 8,386,000 shares would be issued at a price of Rp 500 per share. "The issuance of shares through this private placement will help raise funds to pay off our maturing loans and reduce our interest expenses," he said in information disclosure published on Thursday (12/11).

After the private placement, the company's shares outstanding will increase to 249,005,000 shares. The private placement plan had been approved by the company's shareholders during its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 23 January 2020. 

On 22 October 2020, KONI's management had also carried out the fourth stage of its private placement, by issuing 22.40 million shares at an exercise price of IDR 500 per share, raising IDR 11.20 billion. (LK/AR)
