JAKARTA - PT Bumi Resources Mineral Tbk (BRMS) plans to carry out a rights issue by issuing 22,900,002,546 shares with an exercise price of IDR 70 per share. The total proceeds from the corporate action is expected to reach IDR 1.60 trillion.
As quoted from the brief prospectus published yesterday (17/11), the proceeds from this corporate action will be used for business development IDR 1.11 trillion, bills payment (IDR 435 billion), and working capital.
This plan was decided at the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) last week (11/11). (LK/AR)
