JAKARTA- PT Megalestari Epack Sentosaraya Tbk (EPAC) realised Rp 18.9 billion of its IPO proceeds as of October 2020, said EPAC CFO Nicky Gunadi in a statement on Friday (20/11).
According to the company, the amount included additional Rp 3.2 billion until 30 October 2020. "As of 30 October 2020, there was an additional use of funds amounting to Rp 3.2 billion," said Mr Gunadi.
After the company's IPO on 24 June 2020, it gained Rp 23.03 billion of proceeds. With Rp 18.9 billion having been realised, the company still has Rp 4 billion remaining. "The rest will be used in the fourth quarter of the year," Mr Gunadi added.
The IPO proceed realisation was used by the company to purchase digital printing equipment including bag making (Rp 6.07 billion), solventless enercon surface treating (Rp 4.08 billion), solventless laminating (Rp 1.14 billion), and slitter (Rp 1.90 billion). (LK/MS)
