JAKARTA - PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk (DNET) received a credit facility worth IDR 900 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). This loan facility was signed by DNET management yesterday (18/11).
Quoted from the disclosure of information on Friday (20/11); Kiki Yanto Gunawan, Corporate Secretary of DNET, said that the loan would be used for company operations, including financing the company's business development. "Credit collateral is in the form of company assets," he said.
The loan period was agreed upon for three years with an interest rate of 8.50% per annum, which may change according to applicable regulations at Bank Mandiri. (LK/VA)
