Unilever Indonesia to pay Rp 3.32 trillion in interim dividend

JAKARTA. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), which has the largest market cap among consumer goods companies in Indonesia, will pay Rp 3.32 trillion in interim dividend at the end of 2020.

According to Unilever Indonesia, the plan was in accordance with results from the company's general meeting of shareholders last weekend. At the meeting, the company's shareholders agreed on Rp 87 per share in interim dividend.

The company has set the dates for the payment of cum interim dividend in the regular and negotiation markets on 30 November and in the cash market on 2 December 2020, while the interim dividend will be paid on 17 December 2020.

The dividend is from Unilever Indonesia's net profit in the first semester (1H) of 2020. According to IDNFinancials.com's data, the company posted Rp 3.62 trillion in net profit during the period, supported by Rp 21.77 trillion in revenue and 16.63% in net profit margin. (KR/MS)
